Job Applicants & Recruiting

When you apply for a role at ForgeVista, we collect the information you submit as part of your application: your name, contact details, resume or CV, work history, and your answers to any application questions. We use it to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you about the role, and meet our recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell it.

We use trusted service providers to run our hiring. Applications are processed through our applicant tracking system (Rippling), and our open roles may also appear on third-party job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn. If you apply through one of those boards, your information is handled under that provider's privacy policy in addition to ours. You can always view our roles on our own site at forgevista.ai/careers.

We keep applicant information for as long as we need it to evaluate your application, and for a reasonable period afterward in case a future role is a better fit. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your applicant information at any time using the contact below.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
